Based upon the numbers, the Jets should have blown out the Bills. They had nearly 140 more yards of offense, held the ball for ten additional minutes, hit Ryan Fitzpatrick eight times, and were +2 in turnover differential. However, Jets quarterbacks took five sacks, and the New York offense was just 25% in the red zone, hence the reason the final score was so close.
