Third Quarter Season Power Rankings

I give these rankings based upon the numbers.  Based on what I've seen, I don't agree with them all, specifically the Packers at four and the Jets at nine are too high.  San Diego and Atlanta at 17 & 18 are too low.   Also, organizationally, Detroit is in better shape than Cleveland, Oakland, St. Louis, Buffalo, and Kansas City.  However, the statistics don't always tell the tale of the season, but they are a good indicator.  I'll have the half season rankings in parenthesis.
