Carolina is entering this game banged up. Matt Moore is starting at quarterback, while both DeAngelo Williams and Jonathan Stewart are banged up. Since Josh Freeman has been inserted into the starting lineup, the Bucs have played with a spark. The numbers indicate that they're neck and neck. Due to the injuries, I'm going with Tampa Bay. Final score 20-17 Tampa Bay.
Houston at Jacksonville
Both teams are awful at protecting the passer, and generate minimal pressure. Houston is much more effective at moving the ball and scoring in the red zone. The Texans should win this one. Final score 28-20 Houston.
San Diego at Cleveland
The Chargers are the superior team. They protect better, are more effective in the red zone, move the ball more effectively, and take much better care of the football. The Browns are a team in flux, and I don't see them winning any more games for the remainder of the year. Plus, Shaun Rogers and Jamal Lewis are out for the season. Final score 41-14 San Diego.
Dallas at New York Giants
Big matchup for both teams. Divisional game. Both teams coming off the Thursday games. The Giants create more turnovers and protect better. The Cowboys are much more effective on both sides of the ball in the red zone. It's a coin flip. I'll take the Giants in an upset. Final score 21-20 New York.
