Week 13 Game Review- Part 1

Not a great week for me, in terms of upsets.  I went 9-6, thus far.  However, I nailed this batch of games.

Philadelphia at Atlanta
The Eagles dominated this game.  The perfect example of it is the red zone.  Both teams had a 50% conversion rate, but the Eagles had three times as many opportunities.  Philadelphia also had over 80 more yards of offense and were +3 in turnover differential.  Impressive game from Roddy White on the Atlanta side.

St. Louis at Chicago
Both teams were unable to move the ball too much on this one.  The Bears were much more effective in the red zone, hit Kyle Boller seven times, and were +1 in turnover differential.  Steven Jackson had another big game for naught.

Detroit at Cincinnati
Cincinnati should have won by a wider margin.  They held the ball for 18 more minutes, but went oh for two in the red zone, gained 80 more yards of offense, and went -1 in turnover differential.  The Bengals won because they hogged the ball, and were able to maintain pressure on  Matthew Stafford with eight hits.

Tennessee at Indianapolis
Another impressive win for the Colts.  The Titans have played so well since the insertion of Vince Young into the Tennessee lineup.  Indianapolis won because they went 75% in the red zone and went +1 in turnover differential.  Tennessee went 40% in the red zone in one more opportunity.  That was the difference in the ball game.
